At Reform Design and Construction, we recently completed a standout luxury renovation featuring a fully enclosed pool area and custom-built poolside kitchen—crafted to elevate year-round entertaining and relaxation.
The enclosed pool structure was engineered with a robust steel framework, offering both modern architectural appeal and long-term durability. We integrated floor-to-ceiling sliding and bi-folding glass doors, allowing for a seamless transition between indoor comfort and outdoor freedom. The glass enclosure not only maximizes natural light but also provides climate-controlled usability in all seasons.
As part of the transformation, we renovated the pool itself, upgrading finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems to create a more elegant and efficient aquatic environment. High-end materials and precise detailing were used throughout to enhance both visual impact and functionality.
Adjacent to the pool, we constructed a fully equipped pool kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry, premium countertops, built-in appliances, and ample storage—perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Barline Street Re-Build
At Reform Design and Construction, we recently completed a full-scale home transformation—rebuilding the property from the inside out to create a modern, highly functional living space tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
This comprehensive project included a brand-new kitchen, meticulously designed with custom cabinetry, premium finishes, and improved flow for everyday living and entertaining. We installed all-new flooring throughout, bringing warmth, cohesion, and durability to every room.
On the exterior, the home received a full envelope upgrade with new siding and roofing, enhancing both curb appeal and long-term protection. Inside, we replaced all sheetrock, updated the electrical system, and restructured key rooms to improve spatial flow and functionality. Walls were removed, layouts reimagined, and the entire home was optimized to feel more open, inviting, and intuitive.

Clinton Street Re-Build
Following a total loss from a house fire, our team at Reform Design and Construction was entrusted with rebuilding this home from scratch—and transforming it into something even better. What began as a modest single-story residence is now a completely reimagined two-story home, designed for modern living and long-term durability.
We started by rebuilding the structure from the foundation up, incorporating an entirely new layout that takes full advantage of the added square footage. The new second floor allowed us to separate private bedrooms from the open, communal living areas below, enhancing both function and flow.
The project included all new mechanicals, custom electrical work, new sheetrock, and high-performance insulation. The interior was finished with rich hardwood flooring, a custom-designed kitchen, and modern finishes throughout. On the outside, we installed durable new roofing and siding, giving the home a strong and stylish presence.
This home now stands as a fresh start and a testament to what’s possible through vision, thoughtful design, and quality craftsmanship.
